and information technology facility. The HVAC system consisted of roof top fan-powered
variable air volume systems and computer room environmental control equipment

HVAC and plumbing design was provided for a new 8,000ft2 office building. The
HVAC system consisted of split system heat pump systems. The Building was occupied
in January 2007.
