- TFS Engineers, Inc. was recently selected to provide HVAC and plumbing design
services for a new 10,000 square foot, 45 bed dormitory at Anderson University.
In addition to dormitory space, the facility will house a laundry, lounge, recreational
area, and study space. The facility is scheduled for completion by August 2007.
- TFS Engineers, Inc has been selected to provide HVAC and plumbing design services
for The Terrace at Riverplace. This is a 120,000 square foot combined use facility
located in Greenville, SC. The structure will contain retail, office, and residential
spaces.
- TFS Engineers, Inc. has been selected to provide HVAC and plumbing design services
for the Wofford Housing Village, Phase 1B at Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC.
This is a campus housing facility providing accommodation for over 100 students.
TFS also provided services for the first phase of the Wofford Housing Village.
