K-12 Educational Facilities
Paris Elementary School - Greenville County School District - Taylors, SC
Provided HVAC and plumbing design for a new 76,000 SF school to replace an existing 90 year old facility. The new school was constructed on the existing site. The HVAC system consists of rooftop, variable air volume units with fan powered variable air volume terminal units, hydronic heating system, and energy recovery outside air ventilation system.
Legacy Early College – Greenville, SC
Various projects to include renovations and additions the 1932 gymnasium, renovation of all classroom buildings at the Middle and High School campus, renovation of the cafeteria and media center, a new elementary school media center, a new practice gymnasium, and a new K4 facility.
Greer Middle College Charter School – Greer, SC
A new 45,000 sq.ft. facility containing classrooms, science labs, computer labs, fine arts spaces, and offices.
Greenville Technical College Charter High School Student Learning Center – Greenville, SC
A new 31,000 sq.ft. facility containing practice and competition gymnasium, training and fitness spaces, black box theater space, fine arts spaces, computer labs, and science labs.
