Terrace at Riverplace – Greenville, SC
A new seven level, 120,000 SF mixed-use facility. The facility included two office levels, three upscale condominium levels, two retail use levels, and two garage levels. Design included shell design, condominium design, and up-fit of office and retail spaces.
Lofts at Reynolds Mountain - Woodfin, North Carolina
A new mixed-use development consisting of five 4-story buildings featuring luxury apartments located on upper three levels of each building and office and retail space located on the ground level of each building.
